Look out for new overhead electronic message boards as you drive around Greensboro.
The city is testing the Department of Transportation (DOT) boards to ensure that motorists understand traffic occurrences and are better prepared for safer driving says the News and Record.
Amanda Perry, Raleigh DOT representative says people should simply view these overhead message boards as a test aimed at reducing traffic congestion and accidents.
Places motorists can see the “tests” are on Interstate 40 and 80, as well as major interchanges like West Lee Street.
